We left Stockbridge, GA at 8:45 am on Thursday morning, June 9th.   Our first stop was Nashville, TN.   We found two amazing musicians (Cary and Nathan) waiting to greet us.  We stayed a few hours in Nashville, got hugs from the boys.  We spent our first night on Lake Barkley, KY.    We had a beautiful view from our camp site.

FRIDAY -     We have had great traveling and protection from the Lord today.  We were moving about 65 mph and a desk lay in the middle of the interstate. At that moment no one was to the left of us and Boyd was able to swerve and miss it.   Right before there were vehicles everywhere.   SCARY moment!!!

The neat thing about our trip today is that we crossed the Cumberland, the Tennessee,  the Ohio, the Missouri and the Mississippi River all in one day.    How cool is that???   Boyd said today, we are in our covered wagon, headed west, pulled by 350 horses.

Tonight  (Friday) we are in Odessa, Missouri....A storm is coming so we are getting a cool breeze.  We are sitting outside at the picnic table with our computers.  Boyd is checking our route for tomorrow. We are having to change our route due to 200 miles on I 29 being in danger of flooding  from the  Missiouri River.

 Odessa, Missouri.....

I snapped this picture moving down the highway of the Arch in St Louis.  I went up in the Arch a few years ago.  My Hubby would not do it.

Th journey continues.......More updates later!!!
